Cousin Moe and I are so excited to bring you a new family favorite recipe today!
Corn Dogs
I N G R E D I E N T S:
1 Hot dog
Corn muffin mix
1 egg
1/3 cup milk
2 tablespoons oil or melted butter
I N S T R U C T I O N S:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.Cut hot dog into 12 discs and set aside.
Mix all ingredients in large mixing bowl.
Lightly grease your mini muffin pan.
Pour batter into muffin pan filling 3/4 and drop in hot dog piece in each cup.
Bake 10 minutes or until golden brown.
Makes 12 corn dogs.
Corgi cousin Moe loved the corn dogs!
He gave it a 4 Paws (and two big corgi ears) Up!

Oh Thank you Aunty Melissy! We luvs that recipe and mamas do too...it's so simple and they come out in small pug size (two chomp) bites...we had mama run to the store for the weiners and will be having them soon. We will hopefully post about the finished product with our seal of approval!!
