Look what I just found on Etsy ... Porcelain Dog Tiles by Fauna Couture.You can get them as pins, pendants or plain tiles to use in mosaics. Aren't they wonderful?
Melanie and I have signed up for a one day workshop to make Mosaic Birdhouses through the Boulder Valley Life Long Learning program.
We just purchased our pug and corgi tiles so we can use them to make our birdhouses on March 6th.
I cannot wait to show you how they turn out!

Those are very nice - we can't wait to see the birdhouses. Mom says there is always some project to do around here, but we aren't sure what is next.

Classes/workshops so far- i'm taking a few online classes on how to make cloth and clay dolls(I CAN'T WAIT!!!) and my daughter is going to sit with me and help me learn how to cut out patterns on fabric and how to construct a cloth doll, and how to get more comfortable using my sewing machine. it's so exciting!!!
Those tiles are adorable, and I was seriously going to have to hate you if you made them yourself - LOL! But, I'm sure before the year is up, you will figure out how to do it - your talents never end! No classes planned this year, but I'm doing the Susan G Komen 3-day, 60 mile trek in Arizona in November!
