I am Seeing Watercolor Blobs & Magic Mushrooms!

Happy Monday everyone!

I am havng so much FUN taking short 5 minute breaks throughout the day to put down my crochet hook and pick up colored pencils and markers to quickly find new blob friends in my watercolor blob book that I made in my recent Art Camp for Women Retreat!

It is amazing how shifting gears for just a few minutes can rev up your whole day with exciting inspirations to create even more ideas & joy for things you love to do!

Here is the little bird I just found waiting to be brought to life!

...and the page below has a mysterious sea creature just waiting to be filled in at my next 5 minute break!

Oooo!  How FUN!

I found him right before it was time to go back to work so that I would have a new inspiration to look forward to! :)

R-Chee likes my watercolor blobs but told me today in no uncertain terms that he is waiting for me to complete another row on my rug hooking kit that I am making for his Pug Cave.

I promise we will do another row after dinner tonight R-Chee!

Tee Hee!

He can be a demanding little guy sometimes!

What FUN & relaxing things do you like to do during the day to spark a new idea, inspiration and SMILE for yourself?

Please leave us a note and let us know!

We cannot wait to hear all about it!

I visit awesome blogs such as yours!!

A "pug cave"? I'm giggling here like crazy.

Came over from AEDM and while I am always in awe of folks who make something out of blobs (something I have NO talent for), I am most enchanted this first visit by your pug and I am currently owned by 2. And you know how we pug owners are when there's a pug in the room - how can you really pay attention to anything else!

I am visiting from the AEDM site and delighted to find you. I love the idea of blob creatures - today, I wrote about the images to be found in pouring paint and creating special effects. I would like to know more about how your blobs are created. Fun site. BTW I have a grandpug named Doug
