Friday Funnies ~ I'm GROWING Up!

Happy Friday Everyone!

It is me ...

Archie!

I have a bone to pick with my pawrents!

Maybe you can give me some advice...

See ... I am 11 weeks old now, and I want to go on walks in the neighborhood to meet my neighbors.

They all loved my guardian Angel Emmitt, and cannot wait to greet me as I happily trot around the block.

But my pawrents say I am still too small.

Boo!

Some silliness about that I still haven't had all of my shots yet, but that I will get the A-OK from my vet soon.

In the meantime, Mom and Dad have been helping me get used to my harness and little boy leash for now.

Momma said they are like training wheels and then she showed me my bigger navy harness and red leash that are waiting for me to grow into!

I cannot wait! :)

I have been eating up my spinach so I will grow big and strong.

Well, I guess they are letting me do some fun things like letting me use my big boy doggie door.

Watch out backyard! Here I come! :)

What are you doing this weekend?

Please leave me a note and tell me all about it so I can have a list of fun things to do when I am BIG ~ sporting my navy harness. :)

xoxoxo

Oh little boys grow up too fast!!!! Enjoy being little Archie! Being little gives you a chance to work on your skills of being cute, huggable, and kissable

The dad headed off to camp at 6a.m. to get it ready for all of us. In fact he got us up so early we all ate and decided to take a big nap while the mom cleans and sews.

Tomarrow we heard there might be a car ride for all of us if it doesn't rain. On Easter our human brother/sister/SIL/BIL are coming for brunch.

Archie you are too adorable! Paco is getting the house ready (he is in charge of snacks) for his Molly and his Conor to come visit for Easter. He will be in Pug Heaven! He will sleep on them and drag them on walks, and convince them that their food IS pug food.
Hope the Easter bunny brings you something!

Oh Archie!
You are looking so grown up now.
We are sure everyone in your neighbourhood is going to love you but better wait for those shots first - wouldn't want to catch something to spoil all the fun.
Well done mastering your doggie door, we love your new harnesses too!
Love and wags from , Dip Bridge and Elliot xxx
ps, wish we had a bone to pick, num!

Well, today in honor of Earth Day we picked up trash on our walk; I know it doesn't sound fun but we're helping to keep the planet pretty for people & pugs alike.

Archie, you will get big fast enough. Enjoy your puppyhood as long as you can:) You look good in your green harness. You will have so much fun when you can get out and walk the neighborhood. Bot for now, better to be safe and get the rest of your shots first.

We have family coming for Easter dinner - yummy turkey and ham, hope we get a few tastes too.

We are also hoping to get out for some fun walks, but we have quite a bit of rain here now.

Have a great weekend.

OMD - are you getting cuter every day or what? And who cares about the blue harness when you look so adorable in the green one! You're a smart one too using your big boy doggie door!

You are growing up fast Archie, and will be tooling around the block before you know it. Look at you use that doggie door! Elliot wears a lime green harness just like yours and he loves it and so do all the girls in the neighborhood. You are going to be a big hit once you hit the streets. Stay little as long as you can, we all love you so much!

Oh little Archie! You are so cute being little, and while I know you'll be very handsome when you grow bigger, being little does have its advantages -- easy pickups and kisses and snuggles, getting Oooos and ahhhhs from everyone, finding all things that are new and exploring for the first time...You look so cute in your little harness, and I'm sure very soon you'll go for walks around the neighborhood and meet people and see new things and it will all be one grand adventure for a little puggie!

Archie this here is your Unky Howie. When your maw takes you on the big boy walk, be sure to check the mail. You'll want to sniff each blade of grass and fence post at least three times, and don't forgit to leave some mail, too. You can start practicing that skill right away. If you practice in doors, jest make sure your maw isn't watchin. They get all excited and make funny noises when they see you leaving mail indoors. Sheesh.
Good luck growing up big guy, I'll be here if you need more advice.

I'm sure you'll be out meeting and greeting very soon, Archie! Perhaps you'll learn some nice dance moves like the Mango Man does?

Archie - you are going to be breaking hearts when you go on your walks. All the girls are going to swoon over you.

I love your harnesses! I told Momma I want a pink Puppia but now that I see the green one, I think I want that one, too!

Your doggy door is the bomb. Soon you will be able to come and go as you please. You are growing so big, Archie, that soon we will call you big guy.

Hi Archie,, you look so cool coming through that doggy door. I think you got all the moves down just perfect.
And your baby green harness looks so adorable on you... what a pretty color. It won't be long at all and you will be into the next size.
But enjoy your baby hood, and get ready for everyone in the neighborhood to want to kiss your little face when you get just a little bit older,, and have all those shots.
The sun is going to shine tomorrow and I am going to go outside and sit in the sunshine,, that is one thing for sure that I will do, and maybe play ball too,.
It is so fun Archie

Archie,

We know it's hard to wait for those shots, but it's worth it. You don't want to get sickies.

It looks like you're having lots of fun with that door, though! How cool is that?

Happy Easter baby Archie!
