Pug Show Tidbits ~ A Blast from the Past!

I wanted to show you my new banner I made for my shows this month. Vistaprint.com has new vinyl banners in 3 sizes and indoor and outdoor weights.
Since I already have a large outdoor weight banner, I chose the smaller 3' x 1.6' indoor weight as I thought it would be lighter and easier to hang off of my table.

I am so happy with it, and it was practically free! Vistaprint.com is amazing! Their quality, prices and service cannot be beat!

Another fun thing happened at the show. I got to meet alot of customers that have been with me for over 10 years. Sue S. came to say hello with her 17 year old pug, Mario, and her 12.5 year old baby Mimi. She bought one of my decoupage pictures frames on Ebay that I made in 1998! I have not made them in over a decade. How fun to get this wonderful picture and a note from Sue when I got home telling me that this is her favorite photo of her first pug BB that she keeps in the frame.

I cannot tell you how happy this made me feel. All of the wonderful friends I have made on this journey mean more to me than I can say. Emmitt has opened so many magical doors for me in my life.
I am so lucky to have him. :)

Have a wonderful day everyone!

Love the banner! I had Vista Print make my daughter's graduation postcards and they turned out great!

I loved the pics! Great display and cute cute puggies! Isn't it funny how many ways our puggies affect our lives? I tell my Pugsley everyday that I'm so lucky that he came to live with me :)

Hug Emmitt for me!!! I love him so much :)

Hi Melissa
What a neat banner! And what a cool story you wrote about. That must have brought back a lot of memories of when you made that photo frame. And it is so cherrished.
Mimi and Mario are precious sweethearts!
We are so glad that Emmitt has inspired you to put the love of art in your heart to share with all of us.

Your new banner is awesome! I love it. That is so neat....we have met Sue from a Pug Group that she attends in Issaquah, WA!! She is a very nice person. Both my husband - Tony & I enjoy talking with her. Her pug Mimi is one extremely precious little puggie - that's for sure!
Have a wonderful weekend Melissa & Emmitt.

I've seen your posted comments on many of the blogs I follow and visit regularly and after seeing the new post with your cards on Dozer and Cooper's Blog, I thought I'd come on over and visit.

I love your new banner and the shot of your sale setup. The story was great and the frame was fantastic. I might try something like that for some of my Corgi pics.

I checked out several of your posts and think I'm going to join your followers. I love needlework, and also draw with graphite or pastels, myself, so love to see other people's artwork.
