Hi Melissa - I'll be taking a Reiki class this weekend that was postponed back in February. I'm so excited! I think Roscoe could really benefit from Reiki as well as all the humans in my life. Also, thanks for the info on the knit squares. I knit to relax, not to make anything specific, and this would be perfect for me. About 10 years ago when I was teaching a high school class they had to do a community service project without leaving the school grounds. Another woman and I taught 24 high school students to knit and they each made a blanket for the Binky Patrol. We also had a Knit-a-thon one evening where they collected donations for each hour of knitting they did. The money from that was donated to a family in the district with a child who needed a lot of surgery. It was a great project. I wonder how many of those students have ever knitted anything again?
Have a wonderful weekend!

I just love Melanie's bears - I am waiting for the perfect occassion to buy them for someone....
This Easter we are going (by boat) across the water from the island my parents live on to another island that our friends have a house on and they are hosting an Easter supper for us all! It's going to be in the 50's here on Sunday, so the boat ride will be chilly, but short, so I'm looking forward to taking our little skipper out for the first time this year.
Hopefully if I don't space out I'll remember to take some pictures to share.
Have a great weekend!

Oh those baby bears! Look at those precious little babies!
You and Emmitt totoally amaze us. Just don't know how you do all this, and their so beautiful.
We were hoping no bears were on that hijacked ship. Mom was going to try to knit a square when we went to the ocean- but that did not happen, and she was going to doodle, but that did not happen either. So maybe this weekend. We will go get moms eyes checked at the eye dr and then we will color some eggs. I wonder if the Easter Bunny will come.(fingers crossed)
Love to you and Emmitt Pants and hubby. Happy Easter
