Melanie just sent me these great pictures of her finished felt booties.
Now that they are 100% dry, she sewed the leather pads on the bottoms and wore them this morning. It is a perfect day to do that since it is only about 9 degrees out right now.
In fact it is sooooo cold, that her little corgi, Moe had to put on his booties too!

It's cold here in MI too, love the felt slippers, I've never seen anything like them:) My son's dog keeps one leg up when its cold like this, its amazing how fast he still is!
I can't believe Moe actually wears booties. I tried to put booties on Pono, and within seconds, he had pulled all four off with his teeth! I do NOT envy your cold weather. It is in the 40's here, and even THAT is too much for my blood! brrr...
Lucky says she would love them for when it is so cold and icy out. Her feet get cold easily. I just will mom to let us back in and it sometimes works. Great slippers.

Those look way too cool. Are they difficult to make? I, too, can't believe Moe doesn't chew them off, although he looks quite stylish in them.
