Melanie's Wool Granny Blanket is Complete!

Hi Everyone!

Moe here!

I am so excited that I get to you show you the new crochet project my mom, Melanie just finished!

It is a blanket made of wool yarn that is actually one huge granny square! She did not have sew any squares together like she did on her first blanket.

It was so fun and easy to make. She found the free pattern on Lionbrand.com .

I love the colors! She placed the red in all of the perfect places. Great design!

Perfect!

Melanie is already busy making new crochet bears with some luxurious cashmere yarn she just bought from http://www.lionbrand.com/. I cannot wait to show them to you when they are done.

What fun projects are you working on right now? Have you found a new favorite recipe or book to read?

Please leave a comment and let us know! We would love to hear all about it!

Have a wonderful day!

Moe always makes me smile - his face is dang precious! I remember making granny squares and sewing them together to create an afghan! I'll have to try them again, it's been a long time!

Hi Moe! That is one cool looking blanket. Your mom is so talented just like her sister. You are so lucky to be surrounded by them. And by Emmitt too!
