Friday Funnies ~ No Sweat... I'm Flexible

Happy Friday everyone!

It is me...
R-Chee

My momma laughed at me the other day when I was trying to catch my curly pug tail.

I spun and spun and landed in a ball with my tail in my mouth.

It is one of my favorite games, and she smiles everytime I do it!

She says I am a great yogi pug like my friend Scarlet and pointed out that I am flexible enough to master all of the poses if I practice!

Look momma...

here is my downward facing dog

...and upward facing dog!

Tee hee!

How did I do?

What is your favorite yoga pose?

Please leave me a note and let me know!

I would love to learn it too!

  1. You are a great yogi R-Chee, with your big heart and flexibility!

My favorite poses are cobra, lifting my heart up, and savasana, aka napping. Momma's is triangle - she says it feels like sunshine.

This is our fave chant: lokah samastah sukhinoh bhavantu. May all beings everywhere be happy & free, and may my life contribute to that happiness and well being.

We love you Archikins & Melissa!

  2. You are flexible, R-Chee! A couple months ago, I took a yoga class and liked it. Now I need to get a video, so I can do yoga at home...because the only thing I disliked about the class was going to class. Maybe you should make an "Exercise With R-Chee" video.

  5. Archie - you'll have to share with us the trick for catching your tail. I've tried on numerous occasions and the darn thing keeps evading me.

We don't know about yoga but Bridge can turn her head almost all the way around like the exorcist - Mum is hoping to take a photo of her one day!

    tee hee hee!
I wish I was flexable like you! I like your toes up by your head!
One of my yoga moves is spinning in circles... and not falling down!
    Can you do that R-Chee?
I think that Scarlet is an excellent roll model! Your doing good R-Chee.

  13. My favorite is downward dog. I do it every morning when I wake up. I used to do ski jumper (kind of like the opposite of downward dog) but I don't anymore since my back surgeries.
