Wool Market 2009 - Estes park, CO

Melanie and I had the best time at the Wool Market on Saturday!

We look forward to this day every year when we can go and be surrounded by mountains, sheep, wool, yarn and booths filled to the brim with things to touch and buy!

Yarn!

One of a kind creations!

Wool flowers!

I was so excited to meet the author of Crochet Bouquet, Suzann Thompson.

I love her flowers and her book is wonderful!

There were lots of animals to see...

and hear... (play video)

The shopping was wonderful!
Melanie treated me to this stuffed wool pug!

and I got her a wool Gnome and purse.

It was a fabulous day!
We cannot wait until next year!

  17. Hi Melissa
Moma said that looked like a blast.
And your beautiful mountains. Bet the air smelled so good up there. It must have been so fun to see all that beautiful wool and the animals. What neat gifts you and Melanie got for each other. How sweet. The pug and gnome were precious. Years ago moms went to a little itty bitty wool show - nothing like yours, but it was fun.
You two girls look so cute and happy in the pics.
Thank you for sharring the fun time
