Archie's Kitchen ~ Banana Flap Jacks



Happy Wednesday everyone!

It is me...
R-Chee!

I have been cooking up a storm this morning and have a pile of sweet & healthy flap jacks for you to enjoy today!

They are super yummy & easy to make for everyone in the family!



Banana Flap Jacks


INGREDIENTS:
2 ripe bananas
2 eggs
½ cup flour
Cooking spray oil
Griddle

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Mush bananas
2. Add eggs and flour
3. Mix into smooth batter with some banana lumps
4. Cook on med or med low on griddle sprayed with cooking spray oil

For your human guests please feel free to top with cinnamon sugar, butter, honey, syrup or fruit as an added yummy treat!

Let cool and serve

Ready in a Jiffy!

Blow on them twice to make sure they are not too hot!

That was deeelicious!

Now my tummy is full & I am feeling happy & sleepy!

I think I feel like Jimmie did on Monday after feasting on his breakfast!

I have piles of pancakes to share with all of you!
