Happy Thursday everyone!
R-Chee & I just LOVE Fall!
It is our favorite season!
The air turns crisp and cool and all of the colors change and look even brighter to us outside!
The sky looks bluer and the trees turn orange, yellow, red and brown!
I also love pulling out all of my Fall hats and coats to wear on our walks together.
In anticipation of our favorite season and weather, I decided to make a new hat for myself and one for Fred too!
I found a fabulous granny stripe hat pattern from Mamachee on Etsy that was so FUN to make in my favorite retro colors, orange, yellow and brown.
The pattern was so fast and simple to make!
I will definitely be making lots more of them in different colors to keep me warm all Winter!
Ta Da!
I looked in the closet and discovered that Fred needed a hat too!
I wanted to make one for him that had a simple yet comfortable design.
Since I wanted him to enjoy wearing it, I had him choose the yarn he liked and made him this Fun & Easy Hat.
I did not think he wanted too may bobbles or granny stripes in his cap. :)
Here is the simple pattern I used to make it...

End with a slip stitch and weave in ends.

I also documented the pattern for you in a PDF format that you can easily download and save. :)
Please let me know if you make one too!
I would love to see it!
