Friday Funnies ~ Archie's Pumpkin Custard Bites Recipe



Happy Friday everyone!


It is me...


Archie ~ Chef Boy-O-Boy Barchie!



Look what I just made for all of us!


Pumpkin Custard Bites!


They are sooo YUmmy, YummY, yuMMy!


I just cannot stop eating them!


Just in case I slurp all of these down before you get here, I am sharing my super special recipe with you!



Pumpkin Custard Bites


I N G R E D I E N T S:


1 can pumpkin - 15 oz

2 egg yolks

1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice

1 tsp. cinnamon


I N S T R U C T I O N S:


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix all ingredients.

Spoon into mini muffin tins

Bake custards at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until lightly brown.

Let custards cool completely before serving.

Store in refrigerator or freezer.


Makes 18 Pumpkin Custard Bites
