Happy Tuesday everyone!
My friend Lynne sent me the pattern to make one at the same time as she did.
You can purchase the pattern from http://www.stitchykits.co.uk/
Her owl lives in England and is enjoying some Earl Grey Tea as we speak!
I had so much fun using up my favorite bits and bobs of yarn that I knew I would need one day for the perfect small project.
I just cannot throw away any scrap pieces of yarn!
I organize them by color in little plastic containers so I know where to find them when the time is right.
Here is Lynne's fabulous owl!
I LOVE the orange eyes!
It always tickles me to see how one pattern can produce a different result for each artist just by using different colors and textures to bring them to life!
The air is getting crisper here each morning and evening and our neighbors are buzzing about the mountain lion spotted in our neigborhood this week!
Fall is coming and Fred, Archie and I have our daily walk schedule reset for the new rise and set of the sun.
What signs of Fall are appearing in your part of the world?
Please leave us a note and let us know!
Fall is our favorite season and we are so excited to feel it blow in!

I almost fell off my chair laughing, we were just talking about bears and tarantulas and now it's mountain lions!
I'm glad our wild life is puny and harmless, haha.
Hugs, Lynne xx

They made our hearts feel feathery soft!
We have been noticing the sun is setting in a different direction from where it was. The mornings are still crisp at 46, but they have been that way!

I love the little owls! The only signs of fall here are the sun setting later, the Cubs totally out of it, and back to school sales in the stores. I'm hoping we'll have some cooler weather soon!
