More Fun Art!

Hi everyone! I have been having fun this past holiday weekend making little gifts just for fun. It was so fun just to pull out little scraps of paper and yarn and make some art and smiles.

I had two of these brass lockets and made one for each for Melanie and myself decoupaged with Emmitt and Moe!

I also crocheted some more flowers and put them on my refridgerator with two little magnets I got on Etsy last year. I got the cute felt pug magnet from an etsy shop located in Hong Kong and the Emmitt magnet from my friend Kim in AZ. Don't they look cute together?

I also made another pansy!

We also spent the weekend relaxing, gardening and re-organizing our garage. It was so much fun!

Emmitt enjoyed watching us ...

What fun things did you do? We would love to hear all about it!

  5. I passed out donuts during our town's memorial day parade while my husband marched in the parade. I hung out with the pugs and cleaned my living room, it looks great. The rest of the house is a mess, but the living room looks wonderful.

    Love the lockets.

  6. Those flowers are so cute! I've kind of had to put my crochet on the back burner because I have been too busy! But I'm still determined to learn!

  7. Hi Melissa! The flowers are great!!!

I did some Spring cleaning this weekend. Obviously, Pearl was very helpful. She insisted on being in my lap at all times, which REALLY helped. :)

  8. The lockets are wonderful, so cute. We stayed home and relaxed. We walked across the street at the park and took pictures of the cherry trees in full blossom, saw a family of ducks with their seven ducklings in the lake, and as we were having a picnic dinner with my mom on our porch, a deer walked by! How enjoyable. Have a fun day.

  14. The pug magnet is so cute. The pansies are great. Mom thinks I would pull them down and chew on them, though. Silly mom. Like I would do that.
