I received a package in the mail from my friend, Michelle French, who has been a loyal Pug Notes customer since 2002.
The joy and surprise that that wonderful package brought is not able to be fully expressed with words. She included a sweet note that said I hope you do not yet have one of these...
She bought me this amazing pug ornament!
I hung it in my family room so I can see it all of the time. Everytime I see it that same feeling of happiness and surprise just washes over me. Thank you so much Michelle!
Michelle has been a loyal supporter of my artwork and new product ideas often giving more ideas for me to think about and develop.
It is the wonderful people that I meet on this journey that really make my life truly wonderful and meaningful to me.
Here are pictures of her two beautiful puggies that she generously shared with me so that I may publish them in my Meet the Pugs section of my Pug Notes Quarterly Newsletter.

Thanks for another beautiful, inspiring post, Melissa.
Dear Melissa, thank you for including me in your blog. I have to make a confession - I have never "blogged", so this will be my first entry. Your words were so kind, and I would like to thank all of the bloggers for their kind words. Thank you all for your comments about Pee-Nut and Augie. Pee-Nut had a very sleepy 13th birthday. She cuddled in her new bed almost all day. I would like to share with everyone how happy your Pugnotes artwork makes me. I have it everywhere, and it makes me smile whenever I look at it. I just wanted to do something nice in return. Melissa, I'm thrilled that you liked the ornament, and I was so thrilled that I had the chance to speak to you as well. There is something about a Pug that can just bring people together. I have met so many nice people because of my Pugs. Best wishes to all and to all Puggies.

Happy Birthday to Pee-Nut!
ReplyDeleteGorgeous ornament too, it's amazing how the little things are the most important.
Wonderful bling bling!
ReplyDeleteAnd the doggies are so sweet!
When they are a little old they are so adorable.....
That is a wonderful gift. You know, when I wrote that post I didn't think it would have such an effect on people. I was afraid of being seen as preachy. The comments were amazing. I love reading about you and your family. I just wished you lived closer. It would be a ball to get together you and your sister, me and mine and my mom too. Did you go to the E.W. Poore site? You can see more of her scarves. She has sold four off them. It is so cool!
ReplyDeleteAnyway, we love you too!
Roxy's mom, Roxy & Lucky

ReplyDeleteIsn't it nice how sometimes customers become friends? :) I have a few of those and it makes it completely worthwhile.
